National
Institute of Fashion Technology was established in 1986, under the Ministry of
Textiles, Government of India. Over the years this institute has established
itself as a premier institute for learning in Design, Management and
Technology. It has 15 campuses spread all over India offering various under graduate
and post graduate programmes. NIFT has recently announced its admission
schedule for 2014. The admission to these institutes are based on an entrance
test/ group discussion/ personal interview. A brief synopsis of the
