TNHB GRIEVANCES ONLINE FACILITY

Tamil Nadu Housing Board, is a unit of Government of Tamilnadu which operates under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. Its main objective is to provide housing for all. It undertakes construction of flats, commercial buildings for allotment to public. It also allots plots, all over Tamilnadu to public at a very competitive rates. To address to all sections of society, it has divided the public into four different categories:-

1) Economically weaker sections (EWS)
2) Lower Income Group (LIG)
3) Middle Income Group (MIG)
4) Higher Income Group (HIG)

It has been divided into various regions to cater to various districts of the state. TNHB allotted areas are well planned taking into consideration of future needs and well constructed with all the modern facilities to the public. Some of the areas like Anna Nagar, KK Nagar in Chennai stand testimony to this fact.

The process of allotment of houses/ shops etc. forms a big function of TNHB. It informs the public, collects application, scrutinizes, and makes allotment as per the prevailing rules. Right from issuing of application, handing over of property to the allottee and issuing sale deeds forms a big process. Naturally allotees may have some grievances to be addressed.
